Repair: Our professional service technicians have in most cases worked on the products we sell since thier release. We repair all of the products we sell as well as many others not shown, most of our repairs are done at a flat rate fee. However some are a flat hourly rate and a nominal fee for parts used, quotes are provided upon request before any work is done if so desired.

Technical Support: Free technical support for the life of every new and warranteed refurbished product you purchase from ICB Technologies either by email or phone (onsite support is generally billed to the customer at an hourly rate).

Refurbishment: Our refurbishment program is second to none. Having honed our techniques for the past 10 years in the industry we are confident our products will fufill your daily needs. Each product is fully disassembled and has any suspect component(s) replaced to ensure reliability and optimal performance, individually cleaned, reassembled, and thoroughly tested.

Maintenance Contracts: We offer maintenance contracts that are flexible to meet your needs. Timely service, affordable, and dependability are key components of all of our contracts.

Professional Consultation: We have kept ourselves out of the "authorized service center" arena so that we can and will sell products based on customer needs or desires and not bias to whom we are contracted with. Once we are armed with the knowledge of what our customers need or want we can use our resources to give them hands down the best solution(s) to meet thier requirements.

Consumables: We all use them, however there is more to a printer ribbon or a label then just the price. Having used or tested virtually every consumable for our products allows us a better then usual insight into what works, why, and most importantly..what works best.
