At ICB Technologies we stand behind our
products. Because of our stringent standards in our
refurbishment process we offer a base 6 month warranty
on all of our refurbished products with many having
the option to extend the warranty period for a nominal
fee.
Our warranty policy is a simple. Contact us first in
the event something is amiss, we will try to sort the
issue out personally over the phone. If the issue cannot
be resolved then we will gladly replace the deffective
product. Items not covered under our warranty are: Lightning
or acts of god, liquid damage, and abuse.
